Anveshana is a 1985 Telugu thriller film directed by Vamsy. The film stars Karthik, Bhanupriya, Kaikala Satyanarayana, and Sharat Babu in important roles. This is the third film for Vamsy as a director after Sitara and Alapana. The film was also dubbed in Tamil as Paadum Paravaigal with reshot comedy track of Goundamani and Senthil.Vamsy and his wife Bhavana, are in search of a girl named Anveshana. She has some links to Vamsy's brother who died assumedly because of black magic. What would this lead to?. he story revolves around an Ornithologist and a Police investigator coming to a forest and trying to solve the mystery of a series of killings allegedly by a man-eating tiger but soon find out it is a serial killer and the identity is revealed in the end.
