Spadikam to get 4 K re-release

It is 25 years after the all-time blockbuster movie Spadikam hit theaters from Mohanlal. The creators have now announced they intend to re-release the film in 4k format.
Director Bhadran of the film had revealed that the makers spent near Rs 2Cr for the re-release of the movie, which is now converted into 4k format and has Dolby Atmos audio. They also intended to release a poster on Mohanlal's social media page but had to forego that given the nation's Covid-19 pandemic.
Bhadran, who also directs Joothan with Soubin Shahir and Mamta Mohandas, has announced this year's Mohanlal movie will hit theaters in Kerala.
