Vishal Bhardwaj to compose music for Venu’s film carbon

National Award-winning filmmaker and music director Vishal Bhardwaj would soon be returning to Mollywood after a gap of 19 years to compose music for director Venu’s upcoming film Carbon. The movie has Fahadh Faasil and Mamta Mohandas in the lead. In Malayalam, Vishal had previously composed the music for Daya in 1998 that had Manju Warrier as its protagonist.

Ku Mohanan who earlier did superbly as cinematographer for “Raees’’ of Bollywood badshah Shahrukh Khan would be the cinematographer for this film titled “Carbon’’ of director Venu. This forthcoming film of actor Faahadh Faasil would have many scenes shot in a forest and it would be fantastic entertainer for the film audiences across the world. Carbon is scheduled to go on floors this July.

Fahadh, meanwhile, is also part of G Marthandan's next and Mohan Raja's Velaikkaran, which will mark the actor's Tamil debut.
